Job summary

Daymark Health in the Northeastern US is seeking a Data Engineer who can build scalable data pipelines and work with healthcare datasets (claims, EMR, and patient data) to inform care delivery and payer strategy.

In this role you will partner with Finance, Clinical, and Product teams to deploy analytics infrastructure (Snowflake, dbt, AWS), enforce data governance, develop real-time analytics, and explore AI-enabled insights to improve outcomes and value-based care partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data engineering experience in cloud environments.
• Healthcare data knowledge with claims, EMR, and patient data.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and governance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable data pipelines and maintain real-time analytics capabilities.
• Deploy analytics infrastructure (Snowflake, dbt, AWS) to support analytics and data exchange with providers and partners.
• Analyze claims, EHR and real-time patient data to inform care delivery and payer collaboration.
• Ensure data governance, quality, availability and compliance across the organization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical and external teams to prioritize data initiatives.
• Develop and maintain real-time analytics to monitor key metrics and inform decisions.
• Augment analytics processes with AI use cases.
