Altocare is seeking a Healthcare Data Coordinator to support the collection, verification, analysis, and reporting of operational and outcomes data across the organization. • Attention to detail with thorough review before submission.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn EMR platforms quickly.
• Comfort using AI-assisted tools for non-PHI tasks with privacy boundaries.
• Willingness to be trained on HIPAA compliance and PHI handling.

Responsibilities

• Verify and obtain information to complete client records with Altocare offices and providers.
• Gather, validate, and analyze data from internal and external sources for client outcomes.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems and identify inconsistencies.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare summaries and presentations outlining findings for leadership.
• Use Microsoft Office to organize and report data.
• Employ approved AI tools while independently verifying accuracy.
• Prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines, flagging issues to supervisors.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and Altocare privacy policies in data handling.
• Assist with additional data, reporting, or projects as needed.
