Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or doctoral degree in a clinical, informatics, or quantitative field.
• Equivalent real-world experience in clinical operations, healthcare data, or applied data science can substitute for formal degree.
• Advanced degree in a clinical/informatics field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand infusion workflows across outpatient, inpatient, and procedural settings.
• Review customer data to identify documentation or process gaps impacting the application.
• Enable system configurations and mappings to support customer workflows.
• Profile and validate real-world clinical data to ensure AI-ready outputs.
• Support onboarding, validation, and post-live surveillance investigations.
