Job summary

Highmark Health offers the Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship to build hands-on experience in evaluating healthcare programs, analyzing data, and informing strategic decisions. Interns work with experienced researchers to apply statistical methods and communicate findings to stakeholders.

You will gain exposure to health services research, epidemiology, biostatistics, and program evaluation while developing analytic, research, and presentation skills within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders during assignments.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day objectives.
• Undertake and participate in projects to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the specific objectives of the operating unit.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
