Job summary

Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship to gain hands-on experience applying analytical, statistical, and research methods to evaluate healthcare programs and outcomes. The internship emphasizes diversity, healthcare research, data analysis, and evidence-based decision making within the Evaluation Analytics team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Graduate degree pursued (full or part-time) preferred or required for advancement.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to plan and report on projects.
Under supervision, deliver professional services aligned with day-to-day objectives and learn from senior staff.
Undertake and participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills relevant to analytics and healthcare evaluation.
Assist in planning and implementing unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
Conduct research and prepare reports with recommendations and alternative proposals for action.
Engage in enrichment programs and related studies to meet operating unit objectives.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
