Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, CS, IT, or analytics.
• 2-4 years of healthcare data analyst experience.
• Strong SQL skills with complex joins and window functions.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze healthcare datasets using SQL and Python.
• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for utilization, cost of care, and quality measures.
• Support quality reporting programs - HEDIS, CMS Stars, and value-based care metrics.
• Analyze claims data (837/835), eligibility, and EHR/EMR data to identify cost drivers and care gaps.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data privacy.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
