Job summary

CommuniCare+OLE is seeking a Data Analyst in IT to support clinical and operations teams by developing ad-hoc and recurring reports. The role reports to the Business Intelligence Supervisor and is an exempt/salaried position based in West Sacramento, Fairfield, or Napa, CA.

Ideal candidates will have strong SQL, Excel, and experience with relational databases (MSSQL/PostgreSQL) and BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau). The organization values diversity and provides comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, computer science, statistics, data analytics, or related field.
• At least 1 year as data analyst or similar role preferred.
• Healthcare data/IT experience preferred; data analytics background favorable.
• Strong SQL skills and Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Department and stakeholders to confirm data requests and timelines.
• Analyze health information from multiple sources for quality improvement and reporting.
• Write, validate and document extensive SQL for reports and dashboards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
