Job summary

Holistic Partners, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst/UAT Analyst focused on healthcare data, Medicaid experience, and SQL proficiency. The role requires onsite work one day per week in Richmond, VA, with a long-term contract potential and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will review designs, develop test plans, generate dashboards using Tableau/Power BI/Looker, and ensure data quality across ETL processes and reports.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Data Quality Analysis.
• 5+ years with Medicaid or Medicare.
• 3+ years as Data Analyst/Data Quality Analyst with SQL focus.
• Healthcare and Medicaid experience required.
• Advanced SQL in Teradata, incl. performance tuning, BTEQ, Teradata SQL Assistant.
• Experience writing test plans and data validation; identifying data anomalies.
• Experience with third-party vendors or IT/infrastructure teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Statistics/Data Analytics/Mathematics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review design documents and identify gaps and issues.
• Map data between interfaces and assist lead analyst with coordination.
• Review/test plans and build test scenarios with stakeholders.
• Provide demonstrations to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business, QA, and Development on go-live issues.
• Develop workflows, track issues end-to-end, and delegate ownership.
• Design, execute, and document test cases for data pipelines and ETL.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for Teradata data warehouse.
• Serve as primary technical contact for data warehouse vendor.
