Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, CS, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of healthcare data analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills: joins, window functions, CTEs.
• Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau and Excel.
• Experience with healthcare data (claims, clinical, EHR/EMR).

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze healthcare data using SQL and Python.
• Design and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards for utilization and quality measures.
• Support quality reporting programs (HEDIS, CMS Stars).
• Analyze claims and EHR data to identify cost drivers and care gaps.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security.
• Present findings to stakeholders.
