Your Opportunity with ECG: Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst
Support client delivery and business development by managing large datasets, developing models, and visualizing data. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and explore innovative analytics opportunities. No two days are alike, offering continuous learning and support.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Data gathering and synthesis from various sources
• Analysis of hospital databases and claims data
• Building scalable financial and operational models
• Enhancing models using SQL, Python, or R
• Performing complex big data analyses
• Supporting business intelligence inquiries
• Developing relational databases
• Communicating insights to pursuit teams
• Maintaining reports and visuals in Power BI
• Researching and implementing Power BI solutions
• Partnering with consulting units for data requirements
• Developing data exchange interfaces
• Documenting analytical procedures
• Innovating methodologies
• Contributing to internal education
• Supporting data strategy development

Our Expectations of You

• Strong healthcare industry knowledge and passion
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., CS, math, health info, business)
• 5+ years healthcare analytics experience for senior level; 1-3 years for analyst
• Experience with SQL, Power BI; Python/R/ Tableau a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manipulate large datasets
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
