Job summary

Riverbend is seeking a Data Analyst to transform healthcare data into actionable insights that inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness. You will develop reports and dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and support leaders with data-informed decisions in a collaborative, cross-department environment.

This 100% on-site role is based in Concord, NH, with no remote option. You will also help optimize EMR systems, train staff, and drive process improvements to strengthen care delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; Master preferred or demonstrated substitution accepted.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or related field preferred.
• Experience querying relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into insights by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and support decision-making.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
• Champion data quality by promoting accuracy and consistency across reports and data sources.
• Collaborate with department leaders to support reporting needs and inform planning and operations.
• Optimize EMR systems and workflows; support training and tool enhancements to improve data utilization.
• Support organizational improvement by enabling data-driven decisions.
