Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze complex healthcare data and generate actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions. This role uses quantitative analysis, reporting, and data modeling to identify trends, measure performance, and drive process improvements.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions, delivering data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or working with relational databases.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology (CPT codes, DRG, claims).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik; Databricks is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and models to measure performance.
• Translate findings into clear, executive-ready summaries and presentations.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Query and manipulate data using SQL and other tools to prepare datasets for analysis.
• Build and maintain structured datasets, joining tables and validating data integrity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Account Management, Product, IT and Data teams to align data solutions.
• Document methodologies and processes to support transparency and repeatability.
• Stay current on analytics tools and industry trends to enhance capabilities.
