Job summary

In the Technology Consultant 1 role, you will support interviews, design discussions, coding, testing, and integration across the software development lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

• SQL skills.
• Data analysis and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications and aid in creating process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications following detailed design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyse outcomes and report defects to the development team to enhance software performance.
• Support the integration of new software features and facilitate transitions within the system infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications and create comprehensive documentation for ongoing maintenance.
• Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to enrich the team's knowledge repository.
