  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data systems and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing metrics and workforce analytics.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations.
  • Preferred: Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
