Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Cybersecurity to lead COPC's cybersecurity program across multiple sites in Ohio.

You’ll oversee security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM, and security training with IT and Compliance to protect patient data and HIPAA alignment. You will mentor analysts and engineers, translate risk into actionable controls, manage budgets, and act as the primary escalation point during incidents, helping COPC mature

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years in information security or cybersecurity roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory capacity.
• Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industry.
• Certifications such as CISA, CCSP, CEH, or Security+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and mature COPC's cybersecurity program aligned to NIST CSF and SOC.
• Lead daily security operations: SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS.
• Oversee incident response: investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, tabletop exercises.
• Manage vulnerability program: scanning, patching, testing, remediation tracking.
• Lead and mentor security team; manage performance and actions.
