Sanford Health in Marshfield, Wisconsin is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our Patient Services group. This entry-level role provides the first line of customer support, assisting patients, families, and visitors and guiding them to the right resources.

The position is full-time (40 hours weekly), with day shifts, and offers opportunities to learn campus systems, data entry, workflow troubleshooting, and collaboration with interdepartmental teams to ensure a positive guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of office experience with exposure to customer relations and data input preferred.
• Medical Terminology knowledge preferred; Medicare/Medicaid billing knowledge may be preferred depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line of customer support and demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Assist patients, families, guests, and visitors and direct/escort as needed.
• Assist with data entry, orders, and basic billing tasks.
• Maintain department cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate effectively with campus and interdepartmental teams to support service delivery.
