UHA is seeking a Customer Services Representative I to serve as the primary contact for members, providers, and prospective clients. You will handle eligibility, benefits, prior authorizations, prescription benefits, and claims in a fast-paced call center environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems. This full-time, non-exempt position offers comprehensive benefits and supportive teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills essential.
• Customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and compassionate service to members and providers by phone.
• Assist with questions regarding eligibility, enrollment, benefits, coverage, claims, and provider services.
• Provide information on prior authorizations and prescription drug benefits.
• Research inquiries using UHA systems to provide timely information.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow call center procedures.
• Collaborate with other UHA departments to assist members and providers.
• Maintain current knowledge of UHA benefits, policies, procedures, and systems.
