A leading healthcare services provider is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Collections representative to assist clients' customers with outstanding balances. The role involves handling inbound calls to arrange debt repayment and managing patient disputes while ensuring compliance with HIPAA. Candidates should have at least one year of collections experience in healthcare and proficiency in Software Epic. About the role
As a Healthcare Customer Service Collections – Self-Pay you will make an impact by assisting our clients' customers with their outstanding balance accounts to secure payment while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant team and work collaboratively with stakeholders and other teams.

The hourly salary for this position is between $16.00 - $19.00 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
