A healthcare service provider is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Collections Rep to support clients with outstanding balances. Responsibilities include managing inbound calls, documenting account information, and handling patient disputes. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of healthcare collections experience and strong customer service skills. This is a remote position, offering competitive hourly rates and a range of benefits including medical insurance and paid time off.

Hourly Rate and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $16.00 – $19.00 per hour depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
