Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from US customers and address questions & concerns regarding their prescription healthcare benefits.
- Provide information about their insurance coverage, including what is included in the customer’s benefit plan, addressing copays, and assisting with coverage determination.
- Handle prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking.
- Educate customers on online self-service options for updates and troubleshoot these self-services.
- Empathize and resolve concerns to simplify the customer’s healthcare experience.
- Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracy.
- Adapt to learn new call types as business needs change & support those areas.
WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS:
- High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed (No Satellite, Wi-Fi, or Cellular/Wireless hotspot services).
- Must have a hard-wired internet connection via Ethernet cable to your own modem/router. Company equipment such as PC, mouse, keyboard, etc., will be shipped to you.
- Dedicated, quiet, and secure workspace with no distractions.
- USB Wired headset with noise-canceling microphone.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 18+ years old & high school diploma/GED.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Customer-focused personality and desire to help people.
- Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Willing to submit a drug test and background check.
