ResMed's Brightree division seeks a Customer Success Manager who partners with healthcare providers to unlock value from patient interactions and to drive measurable outcomes through Brightree solutions. The role focuses on HME operations, process improvements, and proactive engagement with customer leaders to ensure adoption, retention, and long-term growth.

You will stay current on industry trends and product capabilities, lead business reviews, and collaborate across teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

Experience in HME and/or Home Infusion operations management.
Experience driving business process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Hands-on experience using the Brightree Business Management Solution.
Ability to build relationships with customer leaders and communicate strategic recommendations with confidence and credibility.
Strong consultative, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

Partner with executive stakeholders to align business goals and define success strategies.
Monitor customer performance and risk indicators to improve retention and outcomes.
Manage multiple customer relationships and drive projects and action plans.
Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and align solutions with objectives.
Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with strategic insights and measurable value.
Assess workflows and system utilization to improve efficiency and ROI.
