Qualifications

• Req Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience with Medical Staff services/credentialing preferred.
• Ability to develop and integrate organizational programs and lead change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Creates and executes project plans and revises as needed to meet changing requirements.
• Manages day-to-day operational and tactical activities of a project, including meetings and status updates.
• Maintains data dictionary for the Keck Medicine of USC provider database and interfaces with IT for upgrades.
