Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners is seeking a Credentialing Specialist in Dallas to manage provider credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment for an assigned region. The role ensures timely activation and uninterrupted payer participation.

Reporting to leadership, you will maintain credentialing records, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with hospitals and payers. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in provider credentialing, payer enrollment, or medical staff services.
• Strong knowledge of California Payers.
• Experience supporting multi-site physician practices or healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of provider credentialing, recredentialing, payer enrollment, and privileging for assigned providers and regions.
• Coordinate enrollment and credentialing with contracted payers (commercial, government, managed care).
• Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, accreditation, and credentialing requirements.
• Participate in regular meetings with regional leaders to review onboarding status and enrollment needs.
• Maintain credentialing files to ensure records are complete, accurate, and current.
• Maintain provider information in credentialing software (Modio), CAQH, PECOS, and payer portals.
