Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years credentialing experience or three years related admin experience.
• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment per policies and regulations.
• Manage daily credentialing operations and resolve non-responsive providers.
• Collaborate with clinic managers and Medical Staff Office to ensure timely credentialing completion.
• Prepare files, letters and summaries for Credentialing Committee review.
• Maintain all correspondence and data records on provider status and credentialing process.
• Assist with productivity reporting and health plan delegation audits.
