Job summary

University Health Truman Medical Center in Kansas City seeks a Courier (FT 10:00 AM–6:30 PM) to move supplies, mail, and materials between campuses and affiliated locations.

You’ll navigate KC streets, ensure on-time deliveries, and provide friendly service while following safety procedures. A valid CDL is required along with driving experience; high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• CDL Class B or Class E required.
• At least one year of transportation experience.
• Clean driving record with ≤1 moving violation in 3 years.
• No DWI or DUI on record.
• Solid knowledge of Kansas City streets.
• Able to pass drug testing.
• Complete Body Mechanics and First Aid training.
• Ability to stay focused and professional during full shift.

Responsibilities

• Transport supplies, mail, and items between University Health campuses.
• Navigate Kansas City and surrounding areas.
• Ensure deliveries are safe, accurate, and on time.
• Provide friendly, professional service to the people you meet.
• Follow safe driving practices and transportation procedures.
• Maintain driving responsibilities throughout your full shift.
• Be a dependable link between teams and locations.
