Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves food according to the facility menu and provider nutritional orders.
• Ensures proper receiving, storage, preparation, serving, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
• Assists dietary aides as necessary and directs other staff in the absence of the manager.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and organized kitchen and follows food safety/sanitation requirements.
