Forefront is a healthcare-focused food service provider seeking a Cook to join our team in a patient-centered setting. You will prepare meals, follow recipes, portion accurately, and help with delivery and order taking as directed by the Chef Manager or Director.

Emphasis on safety and quality aligns with HIPAA and health standards. You will monitor temperatures, complete production worksheets, supervise storage, and report needs to the Chef Manager.

Responsabilités

• Prepares meals following recipes and portioning standards.
• Assists in delivery and taking orders as directed by Chef Manager/Director.
• Monitors food temperatures to meet safety goals.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Supervises storage of supplies and food products.
• Reports equipment needs and unsafe conditions to management.
