Job summary

Agility Billing Services is expanding its Contracting & Credentialing function and seeking a Manager to lead payer contracting and provider credentialing across our orthopedic, surgical, and specialty practice clients.

The role involves negotiating payer contracts, overseeing credentialing/enrollment, and building scalable workflows to support rapid growth across NY, NJ, and CT. Strong negotiation and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare payer contracting or credentialing.
• Experience with NY/NJ/CT managed care.
• Proficiency with CAQH, PECOS/NPPES, and payer portals.
• Strong contract review and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-account management.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation, renewal, and management of payer contracts across NY, NJ, and CT.
• Own end-to-end credentialing and enrollment for providers across client accounts.
• Build standardized workflows and tracking tools for scalable delivery.
• Define and refine the contracting/credentialing service line as the company grows.
• Report on contract performance, in-network status, and credentialing turnaround metrics.
