Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training in contracts.
• Proficiency in contract loading, validation, and variance analysis.
• Ability to interpret insurance contracts.
• Strong research and analytical skills for data issues.
• Excellent written communication in reports and client interactions.
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
• Maintain PHI confidentiality per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Review and load contract rates and terms into the CPRO system.
• Verify contract setups and document discrepancies.
• Lead renewals and support new implementations.
• Become SME in contract loading and validation.
• Attend meetings and provide on-site training.
• Follow procedures and update production status.
• Research reimbursement methodologies from insurers and government agencies.
• Report defects and enhancements for new contracts.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone.
