Job summary

Merative seeks a Contract Engagement Advisor to blend strategy, analytics and real-world impact by turning healthcare data into actionable contracting decisions. You will manage a wide range of agreements and drive bid responses to support revenue goals.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years drafting and negotiating contracts, with strong knowledge of privacy issues, healthcare tech, and CLM tools, delivering results with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years drafting, negotiating and consulting on contracts.
• Experience with data privacy issues and agreements.
• Experience in healthcare technology, software & services or healthcare.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with ability to close complex transactions.
• Strong prioritization and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Learn Truven’s products, business model and strategy to support revenue goals through contracting.
• Review, redline and negotiate a broad range of contracts including data, SaaS, master agreements, SOWs, BAAs, NDAs and vendor agreements.
• Manage standard and complex contracts and drive bid efforts with RFIs/RFPs.
• Coordinate contract review with internal SMEs and leads to counsel on terms and risks.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and support contract playbooks and CLM tooling.
