Position Overview

Role Summary

As a Healthcare Consulting Manager in CDI, you will:

  • Manage complex projects and oversee junior team members
  • Analyze data for performance improvement and organizational change
  • Collaborate with teams and clients to meet business objectives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Lead and develop team members through training and feedback
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Nursing with CCDS certification
  • At least 5 years of acute care hospital experience (ICU, Med/Surg, ER)
  • Minimum 5 years in a clinical documentation integrity role
  • Experience in project-based performance improvement within healthcare settings or consulting
  • At least 1 year managing major projects in large healthcare organizations
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% weekly (Monday-Thursday, occasional Fridays)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • US Work Authorization
Preferences
  • Experience in matrixed or cross-functional teams
Additional Information

Salary range: $140,000 - $200,000, with a total compensation including incentives up to $250,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs. The role is classified as Manager, based in the United States.
