As the Healthcare Consulting Director in Clinical Enterprise, you will:

• Lead and direct teams in complex performance improvement projects, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Apply analytical skills to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop solutions for performance improvements.
• Communicate effectively to understand client challenges, create customized solutions, and manage expectations.
• Build strong relationships and lead change processes, demonstrating expertise in change management.
• Lead and develop teams through role definition, coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while identifying business development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of healthcare consulting and/or performance improvement experience, with a focus or capability in [add focus or capability here]
• Experience directing hospital departments or leading team-based projects on process re-engineering, performance improvement, and change management
• Leadership experience in population health, care delivery optimization under value-based care models, and familiarity with various VBC types (bundles, capitation, shared savings/risk)
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% weekly (Monday-Thursday, with occasional Fridays onsite) and work extended hours as needed
• Supervisory experience of individuals and teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• US work authorization required

Preferences:

• Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment
