Job summary

Qualifications

• License or certification in Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Framing with metal studs
• Measuring, cutting, hanging drywall
• Finishing drywall by taping, sanding, and finishing
• Framing and hanging doors
• Installing electrical conduits and wiring
• Installing electrical devices and terminating connections
• Installing HVAC ductwork and devices
• Roughing in and installing plumbing fixtures and lines
• Installing different flooring materials
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specs
• Upholding safe construction practices and infection control in hospital environments
• Interacting with all levels of staff
