Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation is seeking a competent, hands-on Project Superintendent for interior renovations of healthcare facilities across the Southeast. The role requires coordinating construction activities, managing field teams, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of commercial construction experience with supervisory responsibilities, including healthcare projects. Travel to Georgia, the Carolinas, and Florida is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; construction management degree preferred.
• 5–10 years in commercial construction with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read plans and specifications with knowledge of all trades.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; MS Project a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site.
• Provide hands-on field supervision and corrective actions for onsite operations.
• Self-perform basic construction duties as needed.
• Direct field personnel to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain construction schedule and resolve problems.
• Order materials for ongoing projects.
• Promote site safety and address hazards.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to safety policies.
• Travel as needed (GA, SC, NC, FL).
• Supervise and train new and existing superintendents and team members.
