Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a Healthcare Construction Superintendent to lead high-value hospital and clinic projects across the Southeast, including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. You will manage complex on-site operations in occupied spaces, maintain schedules and budgets, and collaborate with owners, designers, and PMs to deliver safe, compliant facilities.

This role requires 10+ years as a superintendent in commercial construction with a strong healthcare background and travel

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Strong healthcare background, including VA facilities, rehab centres, and occupied-space work.
• Deep understanding of infection control, phasing, and life-safety in active healthcare settings.
• Willingness to travel across GA, SC & NC as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare construction projects ranging from $20M to $60M+.
• Run the field day-to-day: scheduling, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination.
• Deliver work in live, occupied spaces where precision and communication are everything.
• Partner closely with project managers, owners, and design teams to keep projects on time and on budget.
