Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects in Broward (Hollywood), FL. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of superintendent or similar field leadership experience, with a background in healthcare renovations or ground-up work.

This role requires coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of superintendent or field leadership experience.
• Healthcare renovations or ground-up construction preferred.
• Experience managing $100K+ projects.
• Must have GC experience; owner’s rep experience not sufficient.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily field operations for healthcare construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to keep projects on schedule.
• Review plans, specs, drawings, and docs to identify issues.
• Monitor progress, quality, and workmanship throughout construction.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site meetings and communicate updates to the project team.
• Ensure work complies with specs, codes, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts, scheduling issues, and challenges.
• Track materials, deliveries, inspections, and subcontractor activities.
• Assist with scheduling and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Perform quality-control inspections and address deficiencies promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
• Help ensure successful project completion, closeout, and turnover.
