Qualifications

• Requires Engineering, Construction Management, or related Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience.
• Working knowledge of various construction disciplines and regulations.
• NYC Buildings Construction Superintendent License is a plus.
• 10-Hour OSHA and 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all site construction activities and maintain quality.
• Assist in project schedule development and updates.
• Implement and maintain corporate safety program.
• Prepare daily construction reports and attend team meetings.
• Ensure materials arrive timely and maintain document control.
