Qualifications

• Prepare detailed construction project plans, schedules and estimates.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, show drawings and specifications.
• Calculate square footage, volumes and percentages using a PC or calculator.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Prepare and update project schedules, transmittals and submittals using PC software.
• Manage large groups of personnel with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Exercise direct supervision over assigned projects from start to finish.
• Provide direction, leadership and guidance to employees and subcontractors.
