MPI is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead healthcare projects in Columbus, OH. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subs, drive schedules, ensure quality and safety, and report progress to stakeholders.

You will mentor field teams, interpret drawings, and maintain documentation while delivering projects on time and within budget. This role offers growth and exposure to high-profile healthcare builds within a respected contractor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Experience managing healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, safety practices, and quality control.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of scheduling software and construction management platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage fast-paced projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction site operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and drive production to meet milestones.
• Ensure all work complies with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce site safety procedures and company safety standards.
• Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and permitting requirements.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges and schedule conflicts.
• Drive productivity while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Review documents and collaborate on RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and field records.
