We are seeking Commercial Construction Healthcare Superintendents with verifiable experience managing $250M+ construction projects. Ideal candidates will possess strong operational expertise and thrive in leadership roles. Candidates must have a reputable, long-term track record within the commercial healthcare construction sector, working with reputable name-brand builders. Note: We are not considering candidates from residential, multi-family, home builders, or owner's representatives backgrounds.

Requirements/Responsibilities

1. 15-25 years of experience in the field, with a focus on coordinating project schedules and materials, leading healthcare or higher educational construction projects valued at $50M-$250M+.
2. Experience in complex healthcare commercial projects is required.
3. Verifiable experience managing healthcare construction projects of at least $100M+.
4. Ability to coordinate all field activities and personnel to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
5. Effective communication skills across all levels involved in the construction process.
6. Capability to manage client relationships effectively to meet project goals.
