Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years superintendent experience with 2+ years healthcare construction experience.
• Experience supporting projects ranging from $3M to $20M, some tilt wall.
• Ability to travel across Florida & Southeast.

Your Role

As a Superintendent, you’ll take the reins on exciting healthcare construction projects from concept to closeout. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, collaboration, and driving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years superintendent experience with 2+ years healthcare construction experience
• Experience supporting projects ranging from $3M to $20M, some tilt wall
• Experience with AHCA Inspections
• Projects to include ground up, expansions and TI
• Ability to travel (projects in FL & Southeast)

Compensation $110k-$135k + housing/per diem for travelers + benefits (Don't let money deter you!)
