Responsibilities

Plans, manages, and coordinates projects and ensures timelines are met.
Develops and maintains project schedules and budgets.
Assists in development of project quality standards and selection of construction delivery method.
Prepares and submits funding requests.
Manages consultants, contractors, vendors for the client to plan, organize and control the project.
Monitors construction progress and ensures adherence to quality standards.
Forecasts project delays, costs, and risks; reports to the client.
Prepares monthly Project Progress Reports and informs clients of status.
Oversees design/construction quality control and system selections.
Inspects sites for quality control of installations.
