Qualifications

• Education required:Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Project Management, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience required:7 years project management experience; Healthcare setting preferred: 5 years; OSHPD experience beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and policies.
• Manages all stages of construction of new and renovation projects.
• Leads department in director's absence and reports to VP Construction Services.
• Develops and maintains construction schedules and budgets; ensures timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinates with engineers, architects, interior designers and contractors.
