Job summary

Align Talent Partners partners with an ENR Top 400 General Contractor to identify an experienced Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager with a Healthcare Construction background for its Nashville team. Relocation considered.

This role oversees all stages of the project lifecycle, coordinates field teams, subcontractors and stakeholders, and provides timely status reports to leadership to keep healthcare projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with ground-up Healthcare construction projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Ability to coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
