Jobot is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare/commercial construction projects in the Philadelphia market. The role requires 3+ years of experience in ground-up work, a CM/engineering-related degree, and strong leadership plus communication skills.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and coordination among clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance. Competitive compensation and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in healthcare or commercial construction, ideally ground up.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore or similar software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire construction process from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure that all project goals and objectives are met.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage and coordinate all project activities, including procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
• Manage and coordinate all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
• Manage and coordinate all project-related meetings, including pre-construction, progress, and closeout meetings.
• Ensure that all project-related issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure that all project-related safety requirements are met.
