Qualifications

• 15 years of directly related experience in construction management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in facility construction projects management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submittal reviews and manage the submittal process.
• Perform inspections of construction work and report non-conforming work.
• Document, track and coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Monitor project financial data and budgetary cost accounting.

Skills

Management of facility construction projects

Ability to read and interpret construction documents

Effective communication with project team members

Healthcare project/facility experience

Education
