Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of healthcare construction experience.
• Experience leading large capital projects across multiple facilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead external coordination across designers, contractors, subcontractors and vendors for large capital projects.
• Develop and enforce strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability of capital construction investments.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and quality control, ensuring project scope and goals are met.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, legal, real estate and accounting teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
