Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Healthcare Construction- Junior to Mid Project Manager to join our Critical Environments team in Lanham, MD. You will lead high-visibility projects in data centers and hospitals, coordinating design and construction from start to finish.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience, a construction-related degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. On-site work 4–5 days/week; growth-focused environment with a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., hospitals, data centers, labs).
  • MEP experience in ground-up construction.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ambitious, construction and project management-focused, and seeking a modern and energetic business that will empower you to grow your career.

What Youll Be Doing

MGACs Critical Environments team manages the construction of data centers and hospitals with deep industry expertise. We act as owners representatives resolving issues, managing conflicts, and guiding informed decisions to keep projects on track. As a Project Manager at MGAC, you will lead incredible, resume-building, high-visibility projects.

Project Leadership
  • Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.

Salary Range

$100,000 - $140,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
