Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Experience with preconstruction estimating and budget management.
• Knowledge of medical facilities and healthcare construction regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure healthcare construction projects.
• Lead the preconstruction estimating process to develop accurate and competitive bids.
• Manage the overall project budget, schedule, and quality control.
• Provide leadership to project teams for effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Manage project risk and seek innovation and process improvements.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
