Qualifications

• MS or PhD in a quantitative field; preferred healthcare/CV focus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant CV research or industry experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to develop, validate, and deploy ML/DL models.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, evaluate, and enhance ML/DL algorithms for computer vision in healthcare.
• Implement and optimize model deployment pipelines for efficient, scalable inference.
• Apply model optimization techniques to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clinical partners and internal stakeholders to translate needs into AI/ML solutions.
• Independently manage RD projects from problem formulation to delivery.
• Ensure reproducibility through documentation and version-controlled workflows.
• Stay current with advances in AI/ML and CV and evaluate applicability.
• Communicate methods, results, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
